Background
In our previous careers, we worked for the Department of Defense as an accountant and human resources specialist until retiring. After looking at many possible places to retire, we chose Cheyenne. We enjoy all of the outdoor activities Wyoming has to offer as well as the relaxed life style. Marty was raised in Cheyenne and has always considered it home. Now, we both plan to spend the rest of our lives here. We call our ranchette “Second Chance Ranch” because of the needy animals we have adopted and given a second chance in life. We started our second career as REALTORS® because we both had a strong interest in real estate and home construction (Steve was a custom home builder/general contractor in Indiana). We find it rewarding to help others realize their dreams in making one of the biggest decisions of their lives, buying or selling their home.

Personal Information
We have two grown children, Denise and Stephen. Denise lives in Denver, Colorado, and is a junior in college studying to become a wildlife biologist. Stephen is a restaurant entrepreneur in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our hobbies include horses and animals of all kinds, gardening, rebuilding antique cars and tractors, golfing, fishing and much more...
